Susan counsels life sciences and technology clients, ranging from startups to Fortune 100 companies, in a wide variety of antitrust matters, including mergers and acquisitions, antitrust compliance issues, and government investigations.
During law school, Susan was a student advocate at the East Bay Community Law Center's Consumer Justice Clinic (formerly known as the Consumer Rights Workshop). Susan worked as a summer associate at Fenwick and a top law firm in Seoul, South Korea.
