Sarah advises clients on a broad variety of corporate matters.

During law school, Sarah served as a law clerk for both the United States Bankruptcy Court, Central District of California and the Securities & Exchange Commission, Division of Enforcement, in Washington D.C. She also served as a staff member for Pepperdine Law Review and as a law clerk for the Pepperdine Legal Aid Clinic. Sarah earned two CALI awards for receiving the highest grade in both Mergers & Acquisitions and Federal Income Tax and was placed on the Dean’s Honor List.
