She has experience in Hatch-Waxman litigation involving compound, device, formulation, and method of treatment claims. Olivia also represents technology clients in patent infringement disputes. In addition to her patent litigation practice, Olivia has experience in commercial litigation and pre-litigation counseling for both technology and life sciences clients.

Olivia maintains an active pro bono practice. She has represented clients in immigration matters and in family cases.
