Michael serves as a trusted legal and business advisor to world-class technology companies—ranging from early-stage startups to mature, publicly traded corporations—in both day-to-day matters and a wide range of corporate transactions, including venture and growth financings, mergers and acquisitions, initial and follow-on public offerings, debt financings, and corporate reorganizations.

Michael has been involved in some of the most notable and industry-defining technology deals in recent years. Highlights include representing Wiz in its pending $32 billion sale to Google and $1 billion funding round; advising Coinbase on its direct listing and CoreWeave, Wealthfront, and BitGo in their initial public offerings; representing Databricks on a series of landmark financings, including its $10 billion Series J, $1 billion Series K, and $4B+ Series L; advising CoreWeave on nearly $1.3 billion across two secondary sales and its $1.1 billion Series C; and advising Bridge in its strategic sale to Stripe.
