Merritt Steele

Merritt practices corporate and securities law with a focus on complex corporate governance, SEC compliance, and 1934 Act disclosure matters. Merritt has a broad range of transactional experience, including representing underwriters and issuers in public offerings.
Prior to joining Fenwick. Merritt was senior corporate counsel at a technology company and before that, she served as a corporate associate at two prominent law firms.
During law school, Merritt was an editor for the Cornell Law Review.
