Hamdi represents technology and life sciences companies in a broad range of securities litigation matters.

Before joining Fenwick, Hamdi worked as a litigation associate for an AmLaw 100 firm. Hamdi also served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Patricia A. Seitz of the Southern District of Florida.

During law school, Hamdi served as an administrative editor of The Georgetown Law Journal.
