Eric B. Young
Eric has an extensive experience running complex, technical cases through trial in federal courts across the country. He focuses his practice on preparing and running high‑stakes patent and commercial disputes to verdict and has built a strong record of success in the nation’s most active jurisdictions—including federal courts in California, Texas, Delaware, and Virginia, as well as the Federal Circuit Court of Appeals.
Over the past several years, Eric has served as counsel involved in numerous jury trials for leading technology companies, securing favorable verdicts on noninfringement, invalidity, and other tort and statutory claims. His team has tried and won cases in many of the major patent venues, with experience spanning more than a dozen matters taken to or prepared for trial. This consistent, hands‑on trial work has made Eric a go‑to litigator for cases expected to reach the courtroom.
