Prior to joining Fenwick, Brent worked as privacy counsel at OneMarket Network, LLC (formerly Westfield Labs) and at eBay Inc.
He is a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US, CIPP/E) and a Certified Information Privacy Technologist (CIPT).
