Brandon advises on a broad variety of patent litigation matters to support clients in the technology and life sciences industries.

Before joining Fenwick, Brandon worked as an associate at a patent litigation firm in Washington, DC, where he represented clients in intellectual property disputes with emphasis on cloud computing patent litigation. He also served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable James C. Mahan of the U.S. District Court for the District of Nevada.
