Fenwick represented Monograph, a firm management platform built specifically for architecture and engineering firms, in its acquisition by Total Synergy, a provider in business management software and solutions for architecture, engineering and construction design (AEC) businesses.
The combined company, with additional capital from investors, will use its scale, resources, and A&E expertise to help drive innovation that can advance AI-enabled solutions for architects and engineers globally. More information can be obtained from Monograph’s announcement.
